Booking Policy
POLICY DEPOSITS AND CANCELATIONS / COMMITMENT FEE OR RECHEDULING
The payment will only be refundable if the cancelation is on our end or if services are cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice .If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hours window , you will forfeit $50 from your booked deposit. offer a grace period of 15 minute only. Exceptions will not be made, as you are responsible for scheduling your time accordingly. All arrivals later than 15 minutes will result in a late fee of $40.
If the time exceeds 30 minutes late results in a cancellation and an additional non-refundable commitment fee will be required to reschedule your appointment.
